Luxe & Meadow

Professional Business Website

Luxe & Meadow needed a soft, elevated website to showcase its luxury picnic and dreamy sleepover experiences. Designed by Dane created a clean, pastel, meadow-inspired website with dedicated service pages, clear package presentation, gallery inspiration, FAQ content, and a detailed inquiry process designed to turn interested visitors into qualified leads.

The finished website gives the brand a polished online presence while keeping the customer experience visual, approachable, and easy to navigate.

Project Overview

A website that balances "Luxe" with "Meadow."

Luxe & Meadow is a luxury picnic and dreamy sleepover business serving Arlington and Snohomish County, Washington. The goal was to create an online presence that felt soft, clean, romantic, dreamy, boutique, meadow-inspired, whimsical, calm, elegant — and luxurious without feeling unapproachable.

The design needed to balance the "Luxe" side of the brand with the natural, softer feeling of "Meadow." The final visual direction uses airy layouts, gentle pastel styling, outdoor-inspired imagery, white teepee sleepover imagery, and softer colors rather than harsh or highly saturated tones.

Built for celebrations big and small

Luxe & Meadow creates styled luxury picnic and dreamy sleepover experiences for proposals, birthdays, bridal showers, girls' nights, date nights, anniversaries, sleepovers, and special celebrations. The website had to make every one of those occasions feel possible and inviting.

Website Structure

Organized around how customers actually choose.

More than a set of pages — the structure was organized to make the business's information and customer journey clear, so visitors always understand what's offered and what to do next.

Pages Included

A complete, guided journey

The website includes:

  • Home
  • Luxury Picnics
  • Dreamy Sleepovers
  • Gallery
  • About
  • FAQ
  • Plan Your Experience

Each section supports a distinct step in the customer journey — from discovering the brand to understanding the services to planning an experience.

Service & Package Organization

Making services easier to understand

One goal of the project was to make Luxe & Meadow's services easier for prospective customers to understand.

  • The Luxury Picnics page organizes the primary packages — Traditional Luxe, Elevated Luxury, and Proposal Package — so visitors can see the difference between styles and levels of experience instead of one undifferentiated service.
  • The Dreamy Sleepovers page presents the company's in-home white teepee setups while allowing the brand to appeal to different themes and audiences rather than being visually limited to one style.
Conversion Strategy

Built around an inquiry-based journey.

This website was intentionally built around an inquiry-based customer journey rather than ecommerce or instant online booking.

Visitors are guided with calls to action such as Plan Your Experience, Start Your Inquiry, Request Availability, and View Packages. The goal is to encourage potential customers to explore their options and then provide Luxe & Meadow with enough information to properly plan and respond to the event request.

The custom inquiry form collects information including:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Preferred contact method
  • Event type
  • Event date and time
  • Event location
  • Guest count
  • Package interest
  • Add-ons
  • Theme / color / aesthetic ideas
  • Special requests

This creates a more organized lead-intake process for the business and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth before the client can respond to an inquiry.

Design Strategy

A visual system built around the experience.

The client wanted a website that felt light, feminine, pastel, romantic, and elevated. The visual system was intentionally developed to support the type of experience Luxe & Meadow sells.

The site avoids harsh primary colors, overly vivid styling, heavy wedding-specific imagery, excessive food-focused imagery, and visual elements that would make the brand feel overly formal or inaccessible.

Instead, the site uses softer picnic imagery, white sleepover teepees, gentle color treatment, spacious layouts, and meadow-inspired visual cues. This demonstrates Designed by Dane's ability to translate a client's visual inspiration into a cohesive working website.
