Payment Terms

• Payment is due once work is completed and approved
• Full payment must be made before final transfer or delivery

Ownership

• All work remains the property of the provider until full payment is received
• Ownership transfers upon full payment

Revisions

• A reasonable number of revisions are included
• Additional revisions may require additional fees

Limitation of Liability

No liability is assumed for business losses, missed opportunities, or damages related to the use of services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement. Completed work may require payment.
