Streamlined Website
Starting at $599
For businesses that need a clean, professional online presence without extensive custom functionality. A well-structured, responsive site built to look and work correctly — typically around 1–3 pages.
Includes professionally structured layouts, brand colors and typography, responsive desktop/tablet/mobile design, a contact form, foundational SEO, semantic headings, basic accessibility, and launch assistance.
Professional Business Website

For businesses that need a more customized website with deeper strategy, content organization, SEO, and conversion-focused structure. Custom or highly customized layouts with additional pages.
Includes custom layouts, content organization and rewriting, image preparation, contact forms, SEO structure, local SEO considerations, accessibility fundamentals, conversion-focused CTAs, up to three revision rounds, and launch assistance.
Custom Wix Studio Website
Starting at $1,799
The premium custom website service. These websites are built specifically around the business — blank-canvas Wix Studio builds rather than adapted templates. The custom-build foundation includes custom visual design, original layouts, responsive development, foundational SEO and accessibility considerations, quality checks, and ownership handoff.
Additional features like CMS collections, dynamic content, advanced forms, automations, integrations, and extensive content development or migration are included when specified in the agreed proposal. Final pricing depends on design complexity, content, functionality, and technical requirements.
Advanced Website Projects

For larger websites, ecommerce, extensive CMS systems, advanced integrations, booking or membership functionality, large content migrations, or unusual technical requirements.
Every advanced project is scoped and quoted individually based on the actual requirements involved.
"Starting at" reflects that final pricing depends on the project — size, complexity, content, functionality, and technical requirements — not just the number of pages.
Not every business needs a full custom website project. Streamlined is a clean, professional option for businesses that need a well-structured, responsive online presence without extensive custom functionality.
It's efficient and professional — never rushed or cheaply produced. The scope is intentionally focused so the essentials are done well.

Website platform subscriptions, domain registration, premium applications, paid integrations, and other third-party services are billed separately and remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Already have a WordPress website?
You don't necessarily need a rebuild. If your existing WordPress website is established but needs better content, stronger calls-to-action, cleaner page layouts, improved mobile usability, SEO cleanup, updated service pages, visitor-behavior monitoring, or other targeted improvements, Designed By Dane can work with the site you already have.
The first step is reviewing the existing WordPress setup and identifying what can realistically be improved within the current theme and plugin structure. Because WordPress sites vary, the site is reviewed before work is scoped — then improvements are quoted around what the website actually needs. More complex WordPress websites may require custom pricing.
Page count is a starting point, but scope can change based on the specifics of the project.
If something materially changes the scope, I'll tell you before we move forward. The point is to know what you're paying for — not discover it halfway through the project.
Once the project is complete, you can manage the site yourself. If you'd rather have me continue handling changes, maintenance, updates, or improvements, ongoing support is available.
Manage It Yourself
Your website remains yours. You are not required to keep paying Designed By Dane just to keep the site.

Optional Website Management is available if you'd rather have someone continue handling updates and improvements.
Website Management is an optional continuation after the project. Depending on the plan, it can cover text and content updates, image changes, page adjustments, minor design improvements, general website upkeep, and ongoing improvements to existing content.
Websites change over time — services shift, promotions expire, pricing and business information update, staff come and go, new pages get added, and old ones can become irrelevant. Ongoing management lets me keep pace and improve the site over time rather than treating it as finished after a single update.
These plans are primarily structured for typical small-business websites with relatively straightforward ongoing needs. Bigger or more complex websites are quoted individually — see below.

For businesses that want more active oversight — regular updates, content and SEO improvements, analytics review, conversion improvements, form and functionality checks, technical QA, and proactive recommendations.
The Website Management plans above are primarily structured for typical small-business websites with straightforward ongoing needs.
Larger companies, multi-location organizations, high-traffic sites, and websites with extensive service- or location-page structures often need recurring auditing, reporting, visitor-behavior review, or more active ongoing management — quoted to the site, not to a preset tier.
Custom Scope
Custom scope may include independent website oversight, large-site QA, multi-location page monitoring, SEO/content review, visitor-behavior analysis, ongoing website management, reporting, targeted implementation, and migration or legacy-page review.
Pricing is based on site size, page count, number of locations, traffic, reporting requirements, audit frequency, implementation responsibilities, update volume, and overall complexity.
Your Google Business Profile is often one of the first things a local customer sees. It shouldn't look neglected. This optional service helps keep your profile accurate, current, and working for you.

What this can include
Designed By Dane is an independent practice. You work directly with the person building, managing, or reviewing your website — not through a chain of account managers, project managers, and designers.
That lower overhead is what keeps the pricing accessible to actual small businesses. It doesn't mean a lower standard of work — it just means the cost reflects the work itself. And for larger or agency-managed websites, that same direct engagement can scale into deeper custom oversight and management.

No. Ongoing Website Management is optional. There will still be normal third-party costs such as your website platform, domain, or other services you personally use, but Designed By Dane does not require an ongoing management subscription simply because I built the site.
The finished website is intended to remain yours, and it is not permanently dependent on Designed By Dane. Account ownership and platform access should remain with the client whenever possible.
Designed By Dane works across several platforms including Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy Website Builder, and Hostinger Website Builder. For existing website improvements, WordPress is also supported — existing-site improvements and website management. The platform should be selected based on the business and project rather than forcing every client into one system.
Yes. You can start with the website you need now and expand it later as the business grows.
